Wednesday in Holy Week
O God, who didst will that thy Son should suffer death upon the Cross that thou mightiest deliver us from the snares of the enemy: grant that by the merits of his Passion and Death we may know the power of his Resurrection; through Jesus Christ thy Son our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, ever one God, world without end.
