Saturday in the Third Week of Lent
Grant, we beseech thee, Almighty God: that like as we thy family do abstain from food to the mortification of the flesh; so we may like wise fast from sin to the following after of righteousness; through Jesus Christ thy Son our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, ever one God, world without end. Amen.
